Since the grand opening in 1870, the Grand Hotel Wien was famous for being at the very hub of Viennese social life - and it still is today! The hotel’s glittering past and shining future have been fused together when the Grand Hotel Wien re-opened in 1994. Despite its long and rich history, the hotel is one of the most modern and luxurious hotels in Austria today. The 25 double and 26 twin-bedded Exclusive rooms are designed to make you feel welcome and comfortable! All rooms measure 45 sqm and have either city or courtyard views. You will feel the luxurious and relaxing atmosphere the moment you enter your Exclusive room: the furniture is antique and tastefully combined with beautiful fabrics in green and yellow colours, the wallpaper is made of pure silk and the ceilings are decorated with baroque stucco. The Exclusive rooms offer a luxurious marble bathroom with large bathtubs and integrated showers. Some rooms offer the possibility of connecting rooms.
