A breath-taking Elizabethan manor house, restored to very good order and maintaining many of the original features. This a truly beautifully restored Elizabethan Manor House and more importantly is only a short drive away from London Stansted airport. If you're heading off on a trip domestically or internationally, with such accessibility it is well worth staying here just to appreciate the peace and tranquility that permeates every part of the ancient building. Some bedrooms have views over the gardens and lawns and the neighbouring village church.
