The brand new Hotel Latinum is situated right in the middle of one of the most spectacular squares of Rome: the ancient Porta Maggiore square, where the main door of Rome during the 1st century was placed with its massive walls. Its central position allows you to easily reach the Basilicas of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme and San Giovanni in Laterano within few steps walking. Colosseum and Roman forum area is about one mile away and the main shopping districts ar not far away eiher. As you enter the Hotel, in the elegant modern furbished lobby, under the glass pavement, you can find a very intresting archeological escavation to witness the historical importance of the area. The 12 rooms, decorated in the same style and colours of the lobby, are part of a fully refurbished three storey building from the end of the 19th Century. Rooms are equipped with LCD TV, Satellite TV, minibar, safety box, direct dialling phone line, air conditioning and internet connection. The beautiful terrace placed on top of the roof is ideal to have breakfast in the morning or relax with a drink in the evening after visiting the city.
