Located in a quiet residential street, the Citadines at Montmatre sits at the foot of the Butte Montmartre, close to the Moulin Rouge and the Europe and Trinite business areas. Famous for its maze of narrow streets and staircases, vineyards and authentic village atmosphere, Montmatre is a unique city with a bohemian spirit. Artists like Utrillo, Toulouse-Lautrec and singer Dalida once lived, worked and played in the neighbourhood. Montmatre is also known for its buzzing night-life and a multitude of cabarets, cafés, cinemas and bars line the narrow streets. Butte, the highest point in the city, with its labyrinth of streets, the museum of Montmartre, the Place du Tertre, and Sacre-Coeur Basilica are all highly recommended places to visit. Each studio features a bathroom with hairdryer, and a fully-equipped separate kitchen area complete with stove, microwave/grill and dishwasher and fridge. Linen and towels are provided. The rooms are cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to the guest’s requirements. If a day’s shopping, sightseeing, dining and wining all becomes a bit too much, rest and relaxation can be had on the hotel’s roof-top terrace complete with panoramic views of the city below.
