The Mariela is a 3 star hotel resort of holiday apartments located just outside the village of Polis in the western Paphos region of Cyprus. The hotel is under 2 Km south from the beaches of Khrysokhou Bay that are renowned for their beautiful waters. Just a short walk from the resort is the centre of picturesque Polis, where there is a post office and variety of banks, gift shops, tavernas, restaurants and cafes. Polis is served by the quaint fishing port of Latsi, which offers sea-sports facilities and boat rides up to Akamas peninsula. The city of Paphos is 35 Km away by road, but there is a bus service from Polis that departs at fairly regular intervals during daytime hours. The resort itself has a host of guest facilities; there is a satellite TV room, 2 outdoor swimming pools, a restaurant and saloon bar, internet facilities plus an area with pool tables. Taxi services and airport transfers can be arranged. All rooms feature a balcony and fully equipped kitchenettes with a refrigerator, microwave and two electric cooking rings. Amenities include air conditioning, a TV and a security safe.
