The hotel is located just a stroll away from these attractions and minutes from the beachfront Promenade des Anglais and the Palais Massena; it is within easy to reach by several bus lines. A 15 minute stroll will take you to Nice's old town. The apartments range from a single studio to 2 bedroom apartment. They hotel is equipped with a business centre; it provides underground parking facilities, at an extra charge) and a rooftop terrace with recliners and tables, where you can enjoy the city views. They offer a private solarium and for an additional entrance fee you can access a private beach. This is only valid from April to September. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to guests’ requirements. Please note that the bed in all of the rooms is a sofa bed.
