The hotel is located in the suburbs of Lille in a new business park area. The hotel can however be reached easily from the city centre without a car, as the underground station "4 Cantons" is about 15 minutes away by foot.

This is a newly built modern building with its own enclosed free parking. This is quite a striking modern hotel, which is highly recommended to guests who do not mind staying slightly outside the city centre. This being an apartment hotel property the cleaning of the bedrooms is done three times a week, as apposite to every day in an hotel.
