Bella Sky Comwell was architect-designed by 3XN. The facilites of the hotel are: Parking, 3 restaurants, 2 bars, pets allowed, 24 hour reception and convenience store, lounge areas, lift, luggage storage, ice machines in the hallways, shoe polishing, wellness and spa centre, fitness centre, spa shop. Smoking prohibited throughout the hotel, heightened security surveillance, ATM, post office, florist, mini-market, meeting/conference facilities.

The Lobby is very large, decorated with design furniture and a unique extra large lamp hanging from the cealing exclusively design for this hotel. Fresh plants decorates the whole wall from cealing to floor behind reception. The lobby bar is situated next to the reception.
