The Gran Hotel Domine Bilbao, facing the Guggenheim Museum, is the Silken Hotels' first five-star and the chain's pride. The GHBD expresses a contemporary concept that avoids ostentation and promotes fun. The project is infected by its neighbour, the Guggenheim's, activity and offers a space that contains a selection of furniture that represents the most emblematic design from the 20th century. Its singularity consists in the application of a concept of integral design, of great, formal coherence, carried out by Javier Mariscal and Fernando Salas with their respective teams. GHBD isn't only a hotel to stay at, but a colourist microcosmos that opens its door to whoever wishes to get close to it and have a coffee, a drink or eat in its restaurant. Enjoy all the comforts of a standard room plus the peace and quiet of a view over an interior courtyard. Spacious and comfortable 20 sqm room with integral design by Javier Mariscal and whose decoration and furnishings will ensure you enjoy your break. Furniture includes either one 1.80 sqm bed or two 1.20 sqm beds. They come well equipped, including a large desk with optional Internet connection, 23" LCD TV with satellite channels (20 thematic channels and Pay TV), background music and radio, air conditioning and central heating, and a free safe.
