Villaitana Wellness, Golf & Business Resort (ex- Real de Faula) is home to the Gran Hotel Villaitana and the Hotel Villaitana. The resort has been built in the style of a Mediterranean village and consists of 25 individual buildings set within 2 magnificent golf courses. It is located on a hill side and offers wonderful views of the Bay of Marina Baixa. A backdrop of green pine woods contrasts with the colourful buildings of the Mediterranean village with its imitation church tower and bells, and the sundial in the Plaza Real de Villaitana. A world of relaxation and a new concept in luxury awaits you on the Costa Blanca. The resort was designed by the Spanish architect Andrés Piñeiro and uses traditional materials and ideas which capture the architectural style of the Marina Baixa. There are reproductions of some of its most beautiful monuments; picturesque squares, romantic corners and wonderful buildings from the different areas in the region. All of this in the magnificent setting of two 18-hole golf courses designed by Nicklaus Design, both offering stunning panoramic views. The resort also features a wellness spa with 1,200 sqm of facilities and 13 treatment cabins. The superior rooms measure 42 sqm on average excluding a terrace of 8 sqm and are located in the Gran Hotel Villaitana. You will find a relaxing room with fabrics and furniture clear tone in which you will find a dressing room. They are equipped with minibar, national and international TV, cable Internet access, safety deposit boxes (free), air conditioning/heating units, and a spacious, fully equipped bathroom with a separate shower.
